Trained as an architect at Yale University, Washington D.C. based artist Dickson Carroll creates painted wood sculptures in a variety of forms: abstract pieces, furniture, visionary architectural models and landscape. They all combine his skill as a craftsman with his interest in art and his vision as an architect. One such example is a gazebo at the Macomb Park in Washington, D.C.
