Addison/Ripley Fine Art is delighted to welcome, in association with bitforms gallery in New York, groundbreaking Digital Artist Jonathan Monaghan as he unveils recent photographic prints and animation. A power trip can happen when an electronic circuit overloads, it can also be a way of behaving erratically that makes a person feel powerful. The word trip implies a psychedelic experience. Monaghan embodies these multiple connotations of the term “Power Trip” in a new body of prints and animations.
